Rental conditions: The apartment is rented only for couples and business travelers. We do not rent to companies for gatherings and holidays — eviction without refund (camera control in the vestibule). Smoking is strictly on the balcony (a fine of 10,000 tenge). ALL CHEMICALS AND HOOKAHS ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED! The apartment is always clean and cozy. Prices: day: 11,000-12,000 tenge, night: 10,000-11,000 tenge, two hours: 4,500 tenge, three hours: 5,500 tenge. Check-out time: Night: until 09:00-10:00, Day: until 15:00-16:00. Prices may vary on holidays, weekends, depending on the day of the week and the number of days of stay. Discounts are available for extended stays.
