Rent 1-room apartment in Batys-2 in an elite house in front of the Palace of Combats "Jekpe Zhek", next to the Health Park, swimming pool "Dostyk", Presidential School. House of 2016 built, euro renovation, there are two beds (double bed and sofa bed with fresh bed linen), disposable bath kit (soap, shampoo, slippers), clean terry bath and face towel, all appliances (plasma TV with cable TV, refrigerator, washing machine, microwave oven), dishes for two persons, high-speed Internet Wi-Fi, bathroom in perfect condition, secured parking with video surveillance. Clean, comfortable, quiet! Everything for a comfortable stay. Guests of our apartments are provided with welcome tea / coffee and clean bottled water. The cost of weekdays is 6000 tenge, at the weekend 6500 tenge, for a stay of more than 3 days provided discounts. Check in from 14-00 until 12-00 the next day. No smoking. We do not rent out for events!
